Be a Part Of the music with the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra, as the 88th concert series commences with Maestro Yoon Sang Timothy Cho on the conductor's podium on Saturday, November 4th, 8:00 pm at the Syriac Community Hall, 55 W. Midland Ave, Paramus, NJ.
Join the BPO in a performance with a variety of genres for everyone’s listening pleasure. This concert features 2023 Young Artist Competition winner, Jarod Apple, saxophonist, performing a concerto of his choice. All BPO competition winners are accomplished musicians winning many competitions and earning accolades from audiences and judges. Mr. Apple is hailed for his artistic awareness and technical proficiency. He has been featured with various orchestras, wind ensembles, jazz orchestras and chamber ensembles, as well as a solo performer across the country. He is a Doctoral Candidate in Classical Saxophone at Rutgers University.
Repertoire for the evening includes Fanny Mendelssohn-Hensel’s Overture and Felix Mendelssohn’s Symphony #3. The Bergen Philharmonic musicians come from almost every town in Bergen County and surrounding areas.
Ticket pricing: Adults: $25, Seniors: $20, Students: $10 with ID, under 11 free.
