Surflight Theatre, under the leadership of award-winning Broadway Producers Timothy Laczynski (The Pee-Wee Herman Show, A Christmas Story), Executive Producer and Roy Miller (West Side Story, The Drowsy Chaperone, Ragtime, and the upcoming new musical Animal House) Artistic Director, continues its 63rdSeason with the Surflight premiere of All I Ask of You: A Musical Tribute to Andrew Lloyd Webber, on stage for three weeks, tonight, May 26 through June 16.

Surflight Theatre favorite Haley Swindal (Cabaret, All Hands on Deck) returns, with Grace Field, Michael Padgett, and Matthew G. Myers making their Surflight debuts. All I Ask of You is directed by Vincent Marini (Artistic Director of Flat Rock Playhouse), and features a 9-piece onstage orchestra under the direction of James Higgins. This grand showcase of Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's music features his biggest and most memorable hits from such musicals as The Phantom of the Opera, Starlight Express, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Cats, Jesus Christ Superstar, Sunset Boulevard, Evita, and more.
Ale design team includes Robertl I Ask Of You is designed by Robert J. Klimowski (set), Candice Knox(costumes), Kevin Lee Allen (lights), and Alan Douches (sound).
Andrew Lloyd Webber (Composer) is the composer of The Likes of Us, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Jesus Christ Superstar, By Jeeves, Evita, Variations and Tell Me on a Sunday later combined as Song & Dance, Cats, Starlight Express, The Phantom of the Opera, Aspects of Love, Sunset Boulevard, Whistle Down the Wind, The Beautiful Game, The Woman in White and Love Never Dies. He composed the film scores of Gumshoe andThe Odessa File and a setting of the Latin Requiem mass. Recent producer credits include A.R. Rahman's Bombay Dreams, The Sound of Music, The Wizard of Oz and films of The Phantom of the Opera and the acclaimed Australian production of Love Never Dies. He pioneered television casting for musical theatre with the Emmy Award-winning "How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria?" and will this year search for someone to perform the title role in an arena tour of Jesus Christ Superstar. His awards include seven Tonys, three Grammys, seven Oliviers, a Golden Globe, an Oscar, the Praemium Imperiale, the Richard Rodgers and the Kennedy Center Honor. He currently owns seven London theatres, including the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, and the London Palladium. He was knighted in 1992 and created an honorary life peer in 1997.
Surflight Theatre, 201 Engleside Avenue, is located in historic Beach Haven, New Jersey. Performances are tonight, May 26 at 2pm and 8pm, Sunday, May 27 at 2pm, Tuesday, May 29 at 2pm and 8pm, Wednesday, May 30 at 2pm, Thursday, May 31 at 2pm and 8pm, Friday, June 1 at 8pm, Saturday, June 2 at 8pm, Sunday, June 3 at 2pm, Tuesday, June 5 at 2pm and 8pm, Wednesday, June 6 at 2pm, Thursday, June 7 at 2pm and 8pm, Friday, June 8 at 8pm, Saturday, June 9 at 8pm, Sunday, June 10 at 2pm, Tuesday, June 12 at 2pm and 8pm, Wednesday, June 13 at 8pm, Thursday, June 14 at 2pm and 8pm, Friday, June 15 at 2pm and 8pm, and Saturday, June 16 at 8pm.
