Marking his first professional Off Broadway show, Jason Robert Brown's Song's For a New World opens at Rhino Studio 237 on Oct 7th and runs for two weekends. This show marks another new and innovative musical, one of many, which will be featured at Rhino's New State of the Art performance space.

Somewhat a mix between a musical, a theatrical song cycle and a musical revue, Songs For a New World holds a common theme throughout....It's about a moment of decision. The songs range from gospel tinged, to country to pop to solo pieces, all laced with comedy and drama. In the end, it is discovered that hopes and dreams continue to help light the way to a new world.

Performances are Oct 7, 8, 9, 14, 15 16 at Rhino Studio 237 which is located at 237 Hamburg Turnpike in Pompton Lakes. Fridays and Saturdays are at 8pm and Sundays at 3pm. Ticket price is $23 plus tax and group rates are available. Visit the website at rhinotheatre.com for tickets!
