On November 24, 2016 is the 25th anniversary of Freddie Mercury, lead singer of the band Queen and one of the greatest entertainers the world has known ever, at the age of 45 died of AIDS.
Both Freddie and the numerous hits he has given us, have become timeless classics. Now the largest theater ever `I Want To Break Free" about the life of Freddie Mercury and Queen, in the theaters, with among others, Timothy Drake and Linda Kindesbergen.
You will be taken as an audience to a meticulously recreated decor big stadium concerts, which the band in the 80s experienced their absolute highlights, as known from the DVD Live In Wembley, and Live In Budapest. This spacious two-hour period, all the big hits from both Queen and Freddie's solo work over, combined with famous scenes from the video clips, including all the (outrageous), costumes and props. On a large video screen by means atmospheric images, photos, texts and live pictures tells the story of Freddie and Queen. A special guest role is played by Linda Kinsbergen, with her incredible resemblance both in appearance and voice plays the role of Montserrat Caballé in the epic Barcelona. Of course, all played and sung live! A highlight of the theater season, or to end up with Freddie's own words, "The bigger the better!"
