Set in the mid 1970s, Bad Habits is about two competing therapy-based facilities that treat people for their bad habits. In Act I, nurses Benson and Hedges oversee a medical facility in which the suppression of every possible pleasure is the prescription. Act II takes us to a marital retreat that conversely encourages patients to indulge their every whim as a form of therapy.

Acting and directing for Bad Habits are local thespians Teresa Waldorf and Rosie Ayers. This darkly funny comedy is being double-cast to allow actors to play a different character in each act. Also starring in Bad Habits are locally famous actors Howard Kingston, Salina Chatlain, and Paul Renaldo.

Bad Habits is playing in the Crystal Theatre at 515 S. Higgins March 8-12 and 15-19 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for Tuesday-Thursday performances are $10 and $15 for Friday-Saturday performances. Students can sign up for $5 rush tickets each night at 7 p.m.

Call the Theatre & Dance Box Office at 406-243-4581, Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., to order tickets! For more information, please call the Montana Rep office at 406-243-6809.
