OLIVER! Plays The Playhouse on the Square 5/14-6/6

Based on Charles Dickens' classic novel Oliver Twist, Lionel Bart's musical masterpiece vividly brings to life the timeless characters in this beloved story of the boy who asked for more.  Join Nancy, The Artful Dodger, Fagin, and many more as Oliver navigates the treacherous streets of London in his search for a home and a family.  Featuring outstanding songs including "Food, Glorious Food," "Consider Yourself," "As Long As He Needs Me," and "Where is Love?" the beautiful score will stir and captivate audiences of all ages. Directed by Resident Company Member Courtney Oliver, OLIVER! stars Resident Company Member Dave Landis (The Miracle Worker, 1776, The Producers) as Fagin, and Ty Lenderman (Narnia) as Oliver.  The show also features Associate Company Members Hannah Dowdy (Frost/Nixon, Pippin, Narnia), Stephen AnDrew Parker (The 25h Annual Spelling Bee, Into the Woods, Altar Boyz), Bryan Robinson (Frost/Nixon, Narnia, The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940), David Ryan (The Miracle Worker, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), and Laura Stracko (Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris, The Miracle Worker, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), and Playhouse staff member Rory Dale (RENT, Romeo and Juliet).
