For the first time MPO plays Mozart’s magnificent Requiem – his incomplete, final composition, but a work that still stands out as one of his most compelling and impactful masterpieces. Similar to the popular Symphony No. 40 in G minor performed in the first half of the concert, the Requiem captures the essence of Mozart’s musical genius, expressing intense emotion, both powerful and serene.
Ages: Children below the age of 8 shall not be admitted.
