Photo Flash: VILLAIN: DEBLANKS Sells Out Maine Premiere

Saturday night, September 19, Billy Mitchell's "Villain: DeBlanks" enjoyed a sold out performance in Bar Mills, Maine, benefitting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine and the Saco River Theatre.

Starring actors from SRT's residient theater company, The Originals, the Maine premiere of "DeBlanks" was described by audiences as "fantastic," an "awesome production," and reminiscent of the Carol Burnett show. The 7:30 perfornance packed the room, and additional money was raised by bartering customized pens and addiitonal "votes" in exchange for donations. The cast included Originals' co-founders Jennifer Porter & Dana Packard, and local favorites Molly Bryant Roberts, Francesca Jellison, Lowell Jeffers, and William McDonough III.

The next performance of "Villain: DeBlanks" will be Tuesday, October 6, at the Rockwell Table & Stage in LA. Benfitting the LA LGBT Center, the cast will star Barrett Foa, Laura Bell Bundy, Jeremy Jordan, Lori Alan, Jack Plotnick & Mary Faber.
