Jason Robert Brown's Drama Desk winner THE LAST FIVE YEARS is an emotionally powerful and intimate musical about two New Yorkers in their twenties who fall in and out of love over the course of five years.

The show's unconventional structure consists of Cathy, the woman, telling her story backwards while Jamie, the man, tells his story chronologically; the two characters only meet once, at their wedding in the middle of the show.

The Armory production will be a concert staging and will feature the full orchestration as written by Brown with Amanda Rodriguez, reprising her role from the sold out 2014 production at the Janesville Performing Arts Center, and Ryan Rammelt!  Musicians will be visible on stage and audiences will hear this show as it was intended to be heard under the music direction of Madison's Mark Wurzelbacher and his band.

This is a limited engagement one-weekend run with just three performances and is not to be missed!

The Last 5 Years is a SHOW ONLY production with no dinner service. Performances on Friday July 28th & Saturday July 29th at 7:30pm, Sunday July 30th at 1:30pm. Tickets at www.janesvillearmory.com/event/last-five-years.
