Just yesterday Broadway in Louisville announced it's stellar 7-show line up for the upcoming 2017-18 season. With the even bigger announcement that the mega hit musical HAMILTON will grace the Whitney Hall stage as a part of Louisville's 2018-19 season. The line up for the season is as follows:

FINDING NEVERLAND October 24 - 29, 2017

Dr. Seuss' HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS THE MUSICAL! November 28 - December 3, 2017

CHICAGO January 23 - 28, 2018

RENT: 20TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR February 16 - 17, 2018 (Season Option)

SCHOOL OF ROCK THE MUSICAL March 13 - 18, 2018

LES MISERABLES April 10 - 15, 2018 (Season Option)

WAITRESS June 26 - July 1, 2018

This new season truly has supplied a show for everyone. Families will be flocking to see FINDING NEVERLAND, THE GRINCH, and SCHOOL OF ROCK, while old school fans will enjoy CHICAGO, RENT, and LES MISERABLES. However WAITRESS, while the odd one out, is in my opinion the reason to get excited. The score by pop singer/songwriter Sara Bareilles is outstanding, with a story that is rich and heartfelt.
