Theatre 40 in Beverly Hills welcomes Remy O’Brien’s hilariously heartwarming one-woman show “Down to My Last Egg”, which premiered at the 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival.
When Remy’s window to become a mother started to close, she hit the road in search of a sperm daddy. Once she found him, getting pregnant proved to be even more slippery than his sperm. Her thoughts, ideas and actions around motherhood, and what it entails, left her with one question – Is she meant to be a mother?
Did she conceive or did her last egg shrivel up and die? You’ll have to see the show to find out.
Remy O’Brien is the writer-performer. Her other stage credits include Questa, The Sun Always Shines for the Cool, and Flowers Out of Season, as well as stand-up and sketch comedy in the Chicago comedy scene.
Jonathan Medina directs.
Ages: 13 to Adult
