Kelly Lester, stay at home wife and mother to three daughters, has become a million dollar "do it yourself" business owner, grossing over $1.6 million dollars last year with her company EasyLunchboxes (www.EasyLunchboxes.com). With no MBA or formal background in business, Kelly is self-taught, having learned design and marketing via Google. Between carpooling and cooking, from the comfort of her home, she harnesses the power of social media to attract customers and grow her loyal fan base. Her products are top-sellers on Amazon.com, and Amazon often features her as one of their "seller-success" stories. Kelly is the author of "Cooking with Trader Joe's Cookbook: Easy Lunch Boxes".

Literally born into a family of performers and a graduate of UCLA's Theatre Department, she has never strayed far from her performing arts background, and has garnered the title "The Singing CEO" for her unique marketing skills - blending social media and song. Her expertise in the business world and performing arts skills has established her as a popular speaker at business symposiums throughout the nation, as well as guest on many multi-media news segments, including the Huffington Post. Kelly just wrapped filming for a new reality show - her "mompreneur" success story is the focus of one of the episodes. Under wraps until the launch date in May, 2014, the show focuses on Kelly's home life as a busy entrepreneur/wife and mother/performer, and will reveal an exciting announcement about her business.

Now focusing on her new one woman tribute show, "It's Magic! - The Life & Music of Doris Day", she channels Doris Day (in honor of Ms. Day's 90th birthday) in a performance of storytelling and music. Doris Day was Hollywood's version of the perfect woman - loyal housewife and loving mother who never lost her identity in such labels and who exuded the spitfire personality of a strong woman while maintaining her grace. The parallels between Doris Day and Kelly Lester as the American Woman are many.

This April, Kelly will begin to workshop and tour "It's Magic!" in Los Angeles, before sailing the seas, headlining Crystal Cruise's Theatre and Film Festival with her new show. After the cruise, later this summer, she intends to tour the show nationally, using her marketing and performing talents to add "It's Magic!" to her success stories.

She is the recipient of Stage Scene LA's Best Performance Award for her portrayal of Mrs. Zero in the West Coast premiere of Adding Machine - A Musical. Other theatre credits include the Ovation Award nominated production of Spring Awakening, Grease, Man of La Mancha, Gypsy, and The Fantasticks, opposite Brian Stokes Mitchell. Notable film and television credits include Clint Eastwood's J Edgar, Through the Woods, and Criminal Minds and Young & The Restless.

Drawing its title from Doris Day's first musical performance captured on screen, this is the unique opportunity to hear the music of Doris Day - who never performed live again after her first movie appearance - sung by singer /actress Kelly Lester who captures the style, warmth, and qualities of Ms. Day, supported by musical arrangements (by Chris Hardin) fashioned after the originals. The show is written and directed by Kelly's husband, actor Loren Lester.

This one woman show highlights some of Doris Day's biggest hits and shares surprising stories about her remarkable life, which took her from Cincinnati Ohio to the pinnacle of Hollywood Stardom - did you know she was asked to play Mrs. Robinson in The Graduate? From the swing of the 1940s to the sweet love songs of the 1950s & 1960s, audiences will enjoy a total of twenty one songs, including such hits as "Sentimental Journey", "Pillow Talk" and "Que Sera Sera".

A portion of the proceeds of "It's Magic!" will benefit The Doris Day Animal Foundation - a national, nonprofit founded in 1978 by the legendary performer herself, with a straightforward mission that continues to this day: to help animals and the people who love them.

"It's Magic!..." is produced by Sa Sa Productions, Inc. in Los Angeles. The show will play Rockwell Table & Stage (1714 N. Vermont,Los Angeles, CA US 90027) on April 27th, 8 pm. Tickets: $15. Running time: 1 hour.
