Eugene O’Briens award winning play ‘Eden’, brings to life a gallery of colourful midland characters. At the heart of his world is a moving, funny and tragic portrait of the failing marriage of Billy and Breda and the weekend that will make or break them. Breda’s not lookin’ at all bad, she has certainly lost the weight, there’s no denying that. But Ernie and Evonne’s daughter Imelda is such a beautiful ride of a thing. And Tony thinks he’s James Galway – the man with the ‘golden flute’ – now Billy wants to show them all that he’s James Galway.
