Cast and Creative team for Preservation Hall Jazz Band: 60th Anniversary Celebration at Jones Hall

Cast

Andrew Hughes

Phil
Andrew is thrilled to be taking the stage at Off Central Players with this incredibly talented cast. He has been seen most recently at the Gulfport 1 Act festival and in West Coast Players production of “Honky Tonk Hissy Fit”. When he isn’t performing for strangers Andrew splits his time between sailing, cooking, and tennis. He would like to thank his friends for their continued support, and Steven for giving him the chance to play this role.

Tracey Reynolds

Claire
Tracey is thrilled to be making her debut performance with the Off-Central Players as Claire! Tracey is a Tampa native who began her professional acting career in the 90s in NYC where her credits included roles in off-off Broadway and regional productions of THIS SIDE OF GREY (Bunny), STAGE DOOR (Jean), MY SISTER EILEEN (Helen), and more. Tracey now works primarily in the Southeast region. Locally, she has appeared in stage productions of THE WILD WOMEN OF WINEDALE (Edith/Betty); CENNTENNIAL CASTING (Edie); and ‘TIL BETH DO US PART (Beth). You may spot her in a variety of regional and national brand commercials; the true crime series AMERICAN DETECTIVE (Discovery+), the short film GLOSS; and the web-based series DIGITAL HUMAN. If you’re a fan radio theatre (like she is!), you might catch her in one of the LIVE RADIO THEATRE shows at St. Petersburg’s Studio@620. She wants to thank her wonderful husband, Chris, and her awesome kids, Ryan and Delaney, for their ongoing support of her pursuit of doing what she loves most. If you’d like to keep up with Tracey, be sure follow her on Instagram:

Larry Bukovey

Ridley
Larry played "Lendall" in John Cariani's "Almost, Maine" in this very building, but this is his first production with Studio Grand Central and The Off Central Players. He has previously performed on Tampa Bay area stages with Grand Central Stage at the Andi Matheny Acting Studios, Hat Trick Theatre Productions at the Murray Theatre, a "Job Side" production with Job Site Theater at the Shimberg Playhouse and two Young Dramatists Project productions with The Gorilla Theatre and Stage Works. Larry has been studying, performing and teaching improv comedy since 1998 and currently can been seen playing around St. Pete at The Mar, Studio @ 620 and Spitfire Comedy House and recently had two teams that perform at the 6th Annual Countdown Improv Festival at the HCC Campus in Ybor City in August. Beside live theater, he has done some acting on film and TV.

Creative Team

Stephen Ray

Director
Stephen Ray (director) is delighted to be directing his first show at Studio Grand Central. A graduate of Florida School of the Arts, Stephen has been a working performer in the Tampa Bay area for the past 20 years. This is the sixth show that he has directed. Past directing credits are Romeo and Juliet (St. Petersburg Shakespeare Festival), Pinocchio, Pagliacci, and Tavern Songs at St. Petersburg Opera. When not directing he is performing, stage managing, or voice acting. He would like to thank Ward, Karen, Cat, Dom, this wonderful cast, his family, Bee, and the Big Guy. www.stephenmray.com
