Mildred's Umbrella Theater Company and Obsidian Art Space present Museum of Dysfunction V: A SHOWCASE OF SHORTS written by new writers from all over the world and directed and produced by the talented members of Mildred's Umbrella Theater Company and friends. Mildred's Umbrella has chosen the best of the best from more than 200 submissions this year.

Playwrights include writers from all over the US. There are two weekends of separate groups of plays, so you can come twice and see two different shows. The plays include some adult situations and language - PG 13.

In addition to the normal Museum of Dysfunction, Mildred's Umbrella will have a children's production on the Saturday afternoons of the run. Mildred's Umbrella Theater Company presents "What I See", a tale of selflessness inspired by Oscar Wilde's children's story "The Happy Prince" and "Aesop's Fables". This production will be a 45-minute show that is 'pay as you like' for elementary school aged children on the two Saturday afternoons during the run of Museum of Dysfunction.

Mildred's Umbrella Theater Company's Museum of Dysfunction V runs August 9-11 (group I) and August 16-18 (group II) 8pm (Museum of Dysfunction V). The Scarecrow and the Sparrow runs August 11 and August 18 at 2pm.
