Katy Visual & Performing Arts Center (KVPAC) Show Choir competed at the 2014 Platinum Dance Regional Competition last weekend at the Morton Ranch High School Performing Arts Center and brought home the gold! Ariana Morrow, Lauren Goss, Emilee Rodasarias, Amanda Foster, Victoria Freshwater and Faith Black competed and won Gold Level in the Song and Dance category. Amanda Foster and Emilee Rodasarias together won both Gold Level Duet and Top Vocal Awards. Ariana Morrow competed as a soloist in the Song and Dance category and also proudly won Gold Level.

All these talented KVPAC competitors, under the professional instruction of Erin Eder, KVPAC Show Choir Director, have qualified for Nationals this June in Panama City, Florida. If you are interested in your child competing in national level competitions, KVPAC offers a wide variety of opportunities to help you get started. Voice classes are offered at KVPAC this summer, which concentrate on skill and technique, and Show Choir (ages 10-18) resumes again in the Fall. Auditions are scheduled for September 8th.
