Synopsis:
A fast paced comedy (think the humor of The Muppets meets Mel Brooks) about an anxiety-ridden filmmaker who accidentally lies to investors about having Christopher Walken in his movie and embarks on a ridiculous quest to get Walken. Neuroses, quirky love, bad guys and cowbells emerge to derail him. Will he ever find Walken??
This is a play with music but does not require singing from any of the characters listed below. This production is part of The New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC) this August

Seeking the following two roles:

Quinn
African-American, 25-40, is a struggling independent filmmaker with his brother, Gavin. He is always the optimist and a bit of a free-spirit. Very confident in who he is and extremely protective and concerned for his neurotic brother who he's been hiding a secret from since childhood (his brother is white...do the math). Also plays numerous other roles. Physical comedy, character work, Improv/Sketch comedy background ideal. Adept at playing and creating multiple broad characters.

Mr. Donaldson
Any ethnicity, 25-40, is the Project Manager for the film. He is the epitome of bad guy, Likes to show his status and intelligence. Knows something is awry with the filmmakers and is out to prove that they don't have Christopher Walken. Also plays multiple roles, including Mark, who works as a promotional brand ambassador. Is a bit of a follower when it comes to work and interaction. Has a hard time with his attempts at vitriol towards the main character, Gavin. Awkward. 6ft tall or above is preferable, but all types are welcome. Can play both imposing and awkward. Physical comedy, character work, Improv/Sketch comedy background ideal. Adept at playing and creating multiple broad characters.
