CINDERELLA:
1st Rehearsal: 12/12/14, Opening: 12/17,/14, Closing: 1/17/15, Hiatus: 12/31 to 1/11/15
Seeking:
Cinderella – ingénue, mezzo soprano, youngest of the sisters and the most genuine, to play 18 to 25.
Mrs. Finch - Stepmother, character actress, soprano, the doting mother of Doreese and Zinnia, has a habit of repeating herself, mean to Cinderella, to play 40 to 55.
Doreese - Character actress, mezzo soprano,/soprano. Ugly inside, but not necessarily out. Pampered and spoiled with a me attitude. The female comic relief with her sister Zinnia. Plays age 20 to 35.
Zinnia - Character actress, mezzo soprano/soprano. Also ugly inside, but not necessarily out. Also pampered and spoiled. The older of the two sisters. Plays age 20 to 35.
Fairy Godmother - Character actress. Mezzo soprano who is witty, gentle and adoring.
King - Character Actor. Baritone. He's annoyed with all that is going on, but good-natured. Plays age 40 to 55.
Prince Stefan - Baritone/tenor. Wide-eyed, romantic type. Can sweep any girl off her feet. To play age 25 to 35.

seeking:
Frog Prince - Baritone/tenor. A prince who as a young lad was turned into a frog. Is witty and wise and wants to break the spell. Plays age 20 to 25.
Princess Sarah - Mezzo soprano. Very self-centered, spoiled and narrow minded, plays age 20 to 25.
King - Baritone. Forgiving, patient, loving and has a forgetful memory. Plays age 40 to 55.
Cookie - Character actress. Alto/mezzo soprano. The palace chef who loves to make frog's legs. A fun loving woman. Plays age 30 to 45.
Henri - Character actor. Baritone. The Frog Prince's loyal valet who is masquerading as the palace gardener. Has a way of mixing up his words. Play age 30 to 45.

Seeking:
Pinocchio - Juvenile. Tenor. A wooden puppet that wants to become a real boy. Must be very agile. Age range: must look and sound young. To play age 14-18.
Geppetto - Character Actor. Baritone. An expert puppet maker and Pinocchio's father. Kind, gentile man who loves children. Play age 35 to 55.
Fortunato Fox - Character actor. Baritone. A sly conniving Brooklyn-style gangster type fox. Must have a comic sense as part of comic duo. To play age 30 to 55.
Katrina T. Cat - Character actress. Mezzo soprano/soprano. A comically dumb, and fun-loving cat that pals around with Fortunato Fox. To play age 30 to 55.
Petrisi de Slezsi and Candito Zuccherino - One character actor to play both roles. Baritone/tenor. Must be able to play to distinct villains. Petrisi is the showbiz puppeteer who is looking to make a quick dollar at someone else's expense. He is more easy-going of the two. Candito is a ruthless, cunning carnival owner who turns little boy into donkeys. To play age 35 to 50.
Blue Fairy - Puppeteer who needs rod and mouth puppet skills. Mezzo soprano. Angelic voice quality with some guts behind it. Needs to have ageless quality.
