4 actor/singers (2 men, 2 women) for this musical revue.

Preparation
Prepare 2 brief songs: a ballad and an uptempo by Richard Rodgers. (Full songs will be heard unless time constraints necessitate a single verse)
Bring sheet music; accompanist provided.

Bring picture and resume.

1st reh: Monday, May 30 in Cape May, NJ
Runs: June 15 through July 23, running 4 days a week: Wednesday through Saturday.

NYC EPA will be held 3/2, 1:30 to 5:30 at AEA (see separate notice)

Breakdown

RODGERS ROMANCE is a musical revue of songs with music by Richard Rodgers and lyrics by Lorenz Hart and Oscar Hammerstein. It includes some of the best known theater songs from this canon, presented in an inventive format that breaks the fourth wall engaging the hearts and minds of the audience. All four performers must be strong singing-actors with appealing onstage personalities and a passion for the classic theater music of Richard Rodgers.


Seeking 4 performers:

1 Male Actor/Singer and 1 Female Actor/Singer:
A Young Man and a Young Woman, both to play in their 20's, capable of innocence and exuberance but also heartbreak and uncertainty

1 Male Actor/Singer and 1 Female Actor/Singer:
A Mature Man and a Mature Woman, both to play in their mid-30's or older, with more appreciation for the pleasures and challenges that come with maturity.
