NAT TURNER (U/S): Male, Black, 30s. A religious leader, author of a slave insurrection and now prisoner on the eve of his execution

THOMAS GRAY/ PRISON GUARD (U/S): Male, Caucasian, 30s. A lawyer. rhetorician and now the author of Nat's confession/ A prison guard.
