Theatre Wesleyan is pleased to open the 2015-2016 Season with Metamorphoses by Mary Zimmerman beginning September 24th, 2015.
Based on the tales of Ovid – set in and around a large pool of water onstage – Tony Award-nominated Best Play, Metamorphoses, juxtaposes the ancient and the contemporary to reflect the variety and persistence of narrative in the face of inevitable change.
Metamorphoses will run September 24th – 26th and October 1st – 4th. All shows September 24th through October 3rd will be at 7:30pm, and there is one matinee on October 4th at 2:00pm. To reserve tickets, please call our box office at (817) 531-4211 beginning September 14th.
Tickets prices for students with ID, faculty, staff and senior citizens are $5.00 and general admission tickets are $10.00.
The Thad Smotherman Theatre is located on the Texas Wesleyan Campus on the corner of Avenue E and Binkley Street.
