COSTA MESA, CA – In honor of LEGALLY BLONDE THE MUSICAL’s debut visit to the Orange County Performing Arts Center, The District at Tustin Legacy declared this past Friday, September 11, 2009 as LEGALLY BLONDE THE MUSICAL Day. The special day was inaugurated with fun-filled activities that included a free live performance of the song "Ireland" from Natalie Joy Johnson (who plays Paulette) as well as a demonstration of how to properly execute the flirtatious move known as the  “Bend and Snap” by cast members Cortney Wolfson, Rhiannon Hansen, and Crystal Joy, who play Elle Wood's three sorority best friends Serena, Margot and Pilar.

Fun events throughout the day also included happy hour "Legally Blonde-themed" specials and cocktails at the shopping center's restaurants, and was capped off with a dog fashion show open to all breeds and their owners.

The Orange County Performing Arts Center’s engagement of LEGALLY BLONDE THE MUSICAL continues through September 20.

The 2 p.m. performance on Saturday, September 19 will be sign-language interpreted.
