John Bucchino, Bobbie Stovall and Debbi Ebert Set for Summer Cabaret Series at the Gem

A SUMMER CABARET SERIES will be held for three, one-night performances between June 13 and July 26 at Garden Grove's historic Gem Theatre, presented by the award-winning One More Productions - one of Southern California's leading musical theater companies.

AN EVENING WITH John Bucchino FEATURING Sean Watkins (Tuesday, June 13th) - The GEM Theatre opens its doors to Broadway when one of theater's finest contemporary composers, John Bucchino, bring his original work to The GEM stage. Mr. Buccino, whose work has been performed and recorded by legends, Liza Mineli, Pattie LuPone, and Art Garfunkel, amongst others, will be sharing his greatest hits on stage in this rare West Coast appearance. Don't miss this chance to see the Composer and Lyricist of A Catered Affair, It's Only Life and Joseph: King of Dreams perform some of his greatest hits accompanied by the vocal stylings of renowned Off-Broadway star, Sean Watkins!

SOME ENCHANTED EVENING WITH BOBBIE STOVALL... THE PIANIST PERFORMS WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS (Friday, June 23rd). Bobbie Stovall, a classically trained pianist and child protege of Jazz great Gaylord Jones, opens up her library of music for one night only, showcasing her unique perspective across musical genres including Musical Theater, Country, the Standards and of course, Jazz. Bobbie will be joined on stage by her band and special guests Ilya Serov, C.J. Luis, Shawn Escalante, Nicole Cassesso and Damien Lorton.

DIVALICIOUS...AN EVENING WITH DEBBI EBERT (Wednesday, July 26th). Debbi Ebert is entertainment personified. Her repertoire is a genius blend of classic jazz standards: a dash of blues, a sprinkle of pop - the perfect recipe for any musical appetite. She is at home in a variety of musical environments from concert hall to Big Band sounds to a classic jazzy combo. Debbi's medley of musical styles and sultry stage personality will dazzle and entertain all who come to hear her. She is in a spotlight all her own.
