Join us at this Saturday's (May 2) performance of Relative Values. The Board of Directors will host a post-show reception to honor the memory of Fenton Crawford Barnes.

Fenton Crawford Barnes (1953-2014) was a professional actress who also graced the stage of The Playshop in the mid-80s.

She played Babe in Beth Henley's Crimes of the Heart, and the Ridgefield Press said that seeing the production is ".... worth it, too, just to watch young Babe cuddle her saxophone like a baby doll and finally coax one desperate but clear note out of the horn. It's a beaut! Don't miss it."

Fenton also appeared in Neil Simon's Chapter Two, and colleagues remember her as a warm and generous performer. The News-Times said: " As the young actress recovering from an unhappy marriage, Fenton Barnes is an ideal choice. She is sensitive and shows good skills in her winning characterization."

On Saturday night, May 2, we will honor the memory of Fenton and her winning characterizations at The Playshop, as we thank her family and friends for the generous donations made in her name that will be used toward the beautification and preservation of The Wilton Playshop.

Order tickets.
