In recent decades, many have been interpretation techniques, musical themes and the authors and performers of Colombian music that have been lost forever, due, in large part, to the lack of registration that makes the times memory.
The oriole project was born as a response to this oblivion and seeks to favour the existence in time from musical values hitherto unknown, to serve as a link to the new generations, especially in their own communities, through the identification and record sound and visual musicians and popular, traditional musics and peasant.
This work includes hallways, bambucos, corridos and meringues of artists and groups empirical as the band of the Mafla, Efrén Guapacha, group strings and singers, Arley Arenas, Ideal Duero, Cesar Diaz, the brothers Monroy, the sisters Villaneda, notes soul Duet, Duet brothers Guapacha, Damaciri, Dignacela Aricapa Marín, Trio aires de mi tierra, Agusto Gartner and Saúl Ospina, Los Hermanos Rios, Group mandolin and mandolin and the Riosucio Estudiantina of dances of the Ingruma.
Corpomusica
The Corporation for the promotion of music, Corpomusica, is intended to design and implementation in the areas of training, production, management and research projects related to the traditional Colombian music. Incorporated in 1999, your participation and support has been key in the development of regional and national festivals. From the year 2013, implements a project of research and production of traditional and popular music in various regions of the country.
