The Ladies of Improvised Jane Austen are back for 5 shows only. This time at the new Stage 773 on Belmont Ave.

Dear Sir or Madam, you are cordially invited to witness the unscripted theatrical that will be cultivated before your very eyes by the Ladies of Improvised Jane Austen. Between five and ten beautiful ladies, though dressed in modern day attire, will secure the title of their piece by audience suggestion and weave a tale in Regency style that will honor the works of the great author, Miss Jane Austen. Each week's performance could contain any such plot line from misunderstood lovers to entails snatched away before our heroine or hero could engage themselves to their true love. Being familiar with Austen novels is no requirement in order to enjoy the characters and themes produced in the course of this delightful 45-minute performance.

In order to properly celebrate the holiday of All Hallows' Eve, the Ladies of Improvised Jane Austen will take two of their dates, Thursday, Oct. 20th and 27th, our nearest, dearest and most recently deceased members of our friends and invite them to perform with us. Thus, creating two nights of Improvised Jane Austen and Zombies.

The Ladies of Improvised Jane Austen are fortunate enough to have secured the talents of two modern day improvisation teams, who shall perform before the Ladies of IJA take the stage. Below is a list of all teams who will share their talents with IJA during our run.

9/29- Midnight Grammar and Everymen

10/13 - Stacked and Peach of the Neighborhood
