Fresh off its successful debut at the Laugh Out Loud Theater in Schaumburg, Illuminated Productions proudly presents Hopelessly Devoted, a Catholic-inspired comedy straight out of the Confessional.

Natalie Sullivan and Vincent Lacey confess they are an anomaly in the comedy community: non-ironic religious devotees.  That won't stop them from confronting the reality of trying to live faithfully in a not-so-faithful world.  And they do it the best way they know how: on a stage!   It's a stripped-down exposé that reconciles faith with function—one sin, one virtue, one misguided prayer at a time.

Original songs and scenes, familiar characters and first-person confessions weave a tale of heartache and hilarity.  In this lovingly irreverent romp through the mind of two young Catholics, nothing sacred shall be left behind.

Cast:    Natalie Sullivan
             Vincent Lacey
