Brian Boitano travels to the small village of Favale di Malvaro in northern Italy, the town where the Boitano name originated, to bring an old family home back to life and create his dream vacation home. The nearly 100-year-old house is in major disrepair with no electric or plumbing so this is not going to be easy! Plus, Brian is shocked to discover his cousins, Alma and Maria, secretly removed all the furniture in the house. When the construction finally begins, Brian first knocks down some interior walls to create an open floor plan. Once the demolition is complete, Brian and his contractor Enzo, build his dream kitchen and a stunning banquette area, perfect for big family breakfasts.
