The week before the Emmys, veteran host, Neil Patrick Harris said that he and his producers had decided against a splashy opening number to avoid comparisons with his spectacular Tony Opening Number.

However, that didn't stop them from putting together a "Mid-Show Number." Check out the video.

While Neil is more than capable of handling a song and dance on his own, he was helped by CASTLE's Nathan Fillion and actress and comedienne Sarah Silverman.
