In her first-ever television interview, Pippa Middleton sat down for a one-on-one with Matt Lauer. The worldwide exclusive will air in two parts on NBC's TODAY Monday, June 30 and Tuesday, July 1.

Middleton talked to Lauer about her recent 3,000-mile, 12-state charitable bike trip for Bike Across America, and she discussed what her life has been like in the royal spotlight over the past few years.
