OPRAH WINFREY NETWORK Scores 12 Consecutive Months of Ratings Gains

OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network has scored 12 consecutive months of year-over-year ratings gains across key demos in primetime and total day led by the network's flagship series "Oprah's Next Chapter" featuring Oprah Winfrey's in-depth interviews with news-making celebrities.

For the month of January 2013, "Oprah's Next Chapter" has posted solid double-digit ratings growth across the key demos vs. January 2012 (up +34% W25-54; +72% total viewers). Over 28 million viewers around the world watched Oprah's exclusive interview with Lance Armstrong (Jan. 17 and 18). January also featured interviews with David Letterman (Jan. 6), Drew Barrymore (Jan. 20) and LL Cool J (Jan. 27). The series is averaging .73 W25-54 and 833,000 total viewers.

OWN has posted ratings gains in January across key demos in primetime and total day versus one year ago (primetime up +8% W25-54 and +15% in total viewers; total day up +7% W25-54 and +14% in total viewers).

Other network highlights include, the return of "Our America with Lisa Ling" (Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 9 p.m.) which posted its highest season premiere ever (.47 W25-54 and 587,000 total viewers), posting double-digit growth over its summer season June 10 - Aug. 21, 2012 (+34% W25-54, +53% P2+).

The season finale of "Six Little McGhees" (January 5 at 9pm) posted significant triple-digit growth across key demos versus year ago numbers (+475% W25-54,+280% P2+). The premiere season averaged a .47 W25-54 and 589,000 total viewers.
