The producers of In Focus with Martin Sheen are getting set to debut a new report on how technology is keeping American assembly lines and businesses on the move.

In Focus Martin Sheen PBS is an independently produced television series airing in markets around the country on public television. The program is hosted by the legendary Martin Sheen, who is about to embark on his second half-century in American entertainment. Mr. Sheen has developed a reputation as one of Hollywood's most respected actors during a career that includes more than 60 film appearances.

Later this spring, In Focus Martin Sheen will show public television audiences how mobile technology is keeping American industry running strong. While smartphones have given companies many new ways to connect with employees, new mobile technology is giving technicians more ways to maintain machinery by transmitting diagnostic data over wireless networks.

In this new report, Breakthroughs will talk to leaders in industry about how technology is giving them more efficiency and new options when it comes to keeping America's assembly lines moving.

The producers of In Focus with Martin Sheen are hoping to debut the new report in May. Viewers can find air times and dates by checking their local listings.
