Tomorrow, the star of the Emmy award- winning series, The Nanny, Fran Drescher reveals how she's stepping out as one of the most powerful voices in women's health. Drescher shares with Oz what you should know about reducing your cancer risk right now.

On the time when she was diagnosed, Fran reveals: "It was a delayed diagnosis; Two years and eight doctors. I got in the stirrups more times than Roy Rogers. And, you know, everyone was telling me that there was something else wrong with me but nobody was even testing me for uterine cancer. Doctor number one said I was too young for a simple endometrial biopsy, which was done in the office and I didn't say, well, why? What would that prove or disprove? I was just so thrilled to be too young for anything.

On using her voice to take Washington DC by storm, Fran says: "They said I was one of the top five celebrity lobbyists of Washington and I was written up twice in the Congressional record and then I was appointed a public diplomacy envoy for health issues."

On playing a huge part in bringing awareness to uterine cancer Fran Says: "Yeah, well that was the kickoff because that's what I'm a SURVIVOR of; 16 years well."
