Eight multi-talented celebrities compete for ultimate culinary bragging rights in the third season of Food Network Primetime series Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off. The new roster, consisting of actors, athletes, comedians and musicians, are divided into Team Rachael and Team Guy, as they face intense weekly challenges that are sure to have them working, fighting and laughing along the way. The losing team must send its two bottom-rated contestants to Face Off against each other, with one member sent home each week. The last celebrity standing at the end of the season wins bragging rights as they join past season winners Lou Diamond Phillips and Dean McDermott, and a cash donation to their favorite charity.

The all-star lineup includes: Judy Gold ('The Judy Show'), Florence Henderson ('Carousel' 'Oklahoma' 'Annie Get Your Gun'), Penn Jillette (magician, comedian), Chris Kattan (comedian, actor), Jake Pavelka (reality star, The Bachelor), Tiffany (singer, actress), Vanilla Ice (pop icon, rapper and star of DIY Network's The Vanilla Ice Project and Vanilla Ice Goes Amish), and Herschel Walker (former NFL player, Heisman Trophy winner).

This 6-episode, top-rated series, features Emmy-winning talk show host and Food Network icon Rachael Ray and best-selling cookbook author and successful restaurateur Guy Fieri, as they coach and mentor the eight celebrities throughout the challenges.

Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off is produced by Jane Street Entertainment.
