ABC's THE VIEW Hints at More Upcoming Host Announcements on Twitter

Following yesterday's official announement that Rosie O'Donnell will return to her post as co-host of ABC's weekday talk show THE VIEW, the show turned to Twitter today to hint that more host announcements are on the way shortly.

Tweeted the show: "In addition to the @rosie announcement, there is more exciting news for #TheView that we'll be sharing with you in the coming weeks!

It was recently announced that View co-hosts Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy would be vacating their spots on the morning talk show. Following a flurry of reports of O'Donnell's return, Elisabeth Hasselbeck called in to 'Fox and Friends' and shared some harsh words about her former co-host. (Read story here!) Last night, The View's Joy Behar appeared on CNN and defended O'Donnell, calling Hasselbeck's remarks 'below the belt'! (Read story here!)
