ABC's GOOD MORNING AMERICA is #1 for Week of 4/4 in Total Viewers

ABC's "Good Morning America" ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (4.799 million) for the week of April 4, 2016, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. "GMA" beat NBC's "Today" (4.649 million) by 150,000.

For the 2nd week in a row, "GMA" was up week to week (4.751 million and 1.155 million, respectively, for w/o 3/28/16) in Total Viewers (+1%) and Adults 18-49 (+2%), turning in its strongest numbers in 4 weeks - since w/o 3/7/16.

Season to date, "GMA" stands as the No. 1 morning newscast in Total Viewers, beating "Today" by 240,000 (4.956 million vs. 4.716 million), taking the top spot at this point of the season for the 4th-consecutive year.

During the week, "GMA" led "CBS This Morning" in Total Viewers (+29%/+1.090 million), Adults 25-54 (+53%/+550,000) and Adults 18-49 (+52%/+404,000).
