According to reports, 7TH HEAVEN's Sarah Goldberg, Chicago-born actress who also went by the stage name Sarah Danielle Madison, died of natural causes in her sleep on September 27, 2014. She was 40.

Goldberg appeared on the WB's long-running '90s drama series 7TH HEAVEN from 2002 to 2006. The network's most-watched series, the show cenetered on the family of a Protestant minister living in a fictional town in California. Goldberg was known for her role as 'Sarah Glass Camden,' the daughter of a rabbi (Richard Lewis) who eventually marries Rev. Eric Camden's (Stephen Collins) son Matt Camden (Barry Watson).

The actress also appeared on TV in Judging Amy and 90210, as well as episodes of CSI, House, The Beast, In Plain Sight and Without A Trace. Among her film credits are Jurassic Park III, Training Day and Virgins.

In lieu of flowers, Goldberg's family is asking for contributions to the Sarah Goldberg Memorial Fund at PAWS, 1997 N Clybourn Ave, Chicago, IL 60614.
