Stella Sisters Now Featured on ABC Music Lounge
ABC Music Lounge's "Nashville"-inspired docu-web series, "On the Record," is live at www.abc.com/musiclounge with the original song, "A Life That's Good" written by Ashley Monroe (Pistol Annies) and Sarah Siskind and performed by the Stella Sisters, Maisy Stella as Daphne Conrad and Lennon Stella as Maddie Conrad. The song is available on iTunes and ABC.com/MusicLounge and is featured in this week's episode of "Nashville," WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
This week's "On the Record: A Life's That's Good," goes into the studio with acclaimed producer Buddy Miller and the song's performers, the Stella Sisters, as well as behind the scenes for interviews with Callie Khouri (creator/executive producer) and Dee Johnson (showrunner/executive producer), and offers separate acoustic performances by songwriter's Ashley Monroe and Sarah Siskind and the Stella Sisters.
"I found out the Sisters were going to sing it and I was so excited. It couldn't be more perfect that they sing it," said Siskind.
"Recording with the Stellas is always jaw-dropping, getting to hear them sing is a real treat," shared Miller.
"Their harmonies are perfect. To hear kids their age do it that perfectly is really, really amazing. I'm sure they'll be doing it the rest of their lives," added Khouri.
All original music is released by ABC Studios, Lionsgate and ABC Music Lounge in association with Big Machine Records.
