Rock & soul singer-songwriter Quinn Archer, and featuring the 17th street artists, will appear at LA's treasured music club, The Mint, tonight, January 16th at 9:15 p.m. (www.quinn-archer.com). Recognized as one of LA's leading emerging gothic soul artist, Quinn Archer is known for her gritty bluesy rock style singing with pure and refreshing vulnerability.

The word diva calls to mind some of music's most acclaimed vocalists, and most infamous bad-girl behavior. Fortunately, Rock & Soul singer Juliet Quinn Archer is the quintessential diva, but only in the former sense. Archer's tunes, from the smoldering "Dark Places," to the quiet, thoughtful ballad "Rest of My Days," are siren songs-her soulful voice drawing in listeners; her lyrics expressing a disembodied longing featuring unrelenting emotion that are simply beyond words.

Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Tickets: Pre-sales $10.00; $12.00 at the door. (http://themintla.com/event.cfm?id=175713&cart)
