Popculture Premieres CJ Solar AMERICAN GIRLS Video

CJ Solar's "American Girls" single continues to fly up the Country charts, and today massive entertainment site popculture.com premiered the satirical and light-hearted music video. Check out the video here. The short film was produced by Patrick Tohill and shot outside Nashville.

"We wanted to do a cool rock-n-roll throwback kind of video where we just had a ton of fun hanging out with friends, and I think we pulled it off," said CJ, whose vision and concept for the video were captured in the final product. "We had a blast filming it, and really appreciate PopCulture for sharing it with the world!"

The video opens with CJ building a wooden booth to solicit "American Girls" to be in his music video, while his band mates play video games and fill a kiddie pool with water. With not much happening, CJ nods off into a dream and wakes to find beautiful women lined up to be in the video. He and his band perform the song, as the ladies dance to the beat. CJ is awakened by Jerrod Niemann, who asks what he's doing. CJ replies, "We're trying to make a music video dude. Wanna be in it? Niemann has a colorful reply.

CJ recently got word streams of his music have surpassed four million on Spotify and continue to grow exponentially. He has gained significant momentum on the popular Spotify-curated playlist New Boots and many others.
