"MEET THE PRESS WITH CHUCK TODD" (MTP) was the most-watched Sunday public affairs program with A25-54 viewers on Sunday, May 1, dominating the key demo as #1 for the ninth straight week.

Delivering 1.053 million viewers aged 25-54, MTP led its competition by double-digits: +24 percent more demo viewers than CBS' "Face the Nation" program, which only rates for its first 30 minutes, and +14 percent more than ABC's "This Week," which rated for only 37 minutes of its hour-long program.

MTP delivered 3.531 million total viewers, with just three percent separating the broadcast from CBS' half-hour the most-watched Sunday show, despite rating for a full +15 minutes more. This past Sunday marked the 17thstraight broadcast in which MTP has beat ABC in total viewers.

The network broadcast continues its strong momentum, growing by six percent across-the-board week-over-week. MTP is also up by double-digits compared to this time last year: +38 percent among total viewers and +48 percent in the demo.

MTP also continues its dominance in the influential Washington, D.C. market of newsmakers, outperforming CBS by double-digits across-the-board and ABC by triple-digits across-the-board, despite "This Week's" local change.

With rebroadcasts on the NBC network and on MSNBC, MTP was watched by an additional 1.349 million total viewers and 421,000 viewers in the A25-54 demo.
