Gary Clark Jr. Comes Together With The NFL On Thanksgiving Day

Gary Clark Jr.'s single "Come Together" from the smash DC/Warner Bros. film Justice Leaguewill be part of the NFL game opening ceremonies on November 23 (Thanksgiving Day). Tune in to Fox Networks this Thursday as the track will be heard at the top of the broadcast, when the cast of Justice League narrates the rivalry between the Detroit Lions and the Minnesota Vikings. As previously announced, the Beatles classic track - a collaboration between Clark and Junkie XL - will be physically released on 12" vinyl this Friday, November 24 as part of Record Store Day's Black Friday and features the radio-edit on side one, with an exclusive extended mix on side two. This pressing will be limited to 3,000 copies worldwide. At present, Justice League has just topped the Billboard Soundtracks chart at the #1 position. Currently, the single is #1 on the iTunes Soundtrack chart and #18 on iTunes overall, along with having more than a half million streams within days of the songs digital release.
On December 12, Gary Clark Jr. and band will perform "Come Together" live on CONAN. Tune into TBS stations at 11:00 P.M. PT/ET, 10:00P.M. CT. Click here for further details.

Clark teamed up with producers Junkie XL, Mike Elizondo and Sam de Jong to record their branded take on The Beatles' classic track at The Village Recorders in Los Angeles. The end result is a powerful, guitar-heavy update featuring Clarks' soulful vocal delivery and signature guitar impact.
