According to Variety, Seth Rogen is set to play Apple Co-founder Steve Wozniak in Sony's upcoming Steve Jobs biopic. Jessica Chastain is also in talks for an "unspecified role."

Academy Award winner Danny Boyle ("Slumdog Millionaire") will direct the untitled film, starring Christian Bale as the famed Apple. Aaron Sorkin wrote the script based on Walter Isaacson's best-selling biography "Steve Jobs," to which Sony acquired the rights following the Apple exec's death in 2011. Scott Rudin will produce.

Rogen's upcoming projects include The Interview, B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations and Sausage Party. Fox just appeared in TEENAGE Mutant Ninja Turtles. McBride will next be seen in Hell & Back, Rock the Kasbah, Don Verdean, Sausage Party and Angry Birds. Dave Franco is working on Unfinished Business and Now You See Me 2 and also recently appeared in 22 Jump Street.

Bale is best known for his role as Bruce Wayne / Batman in Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins (2005), The Dark Knight (2008), and The Dark Knight Rises (2012). He also portrayed Dicky Eklund in the biopic The Fighter (2010), for which he received critical acclaim and won several awards, including the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor and the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role.
