STEP UP REVOLUTION's Ryan Guzman may be close to entering a salacious relationship with J. Lo.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actor is currently in talks to join Lopez, Kristin Chenoweth, and John Corbett in Blumhouse Productions' upcoming thriller THE BOY NEXT DOOR. Rob Cohen will direct the film, which features a script by Barbara Curry.

In THE BOY NEXT DOOR, Lopez plays a recently separated mother who enters into a relationship with teenage boy (Guzman) - when she breaks things off suddenly, he channels FATAL ATTRACTION, and she discovers that he's not quite ready to let her go. Chenoweth will take on the role of her best friend, while Corbett will play Lopez's ex-husband.

Blumhouse Productions is just coming off of its increasingly successful INSIDIOUS: CHAPTER 2, and has also lined up Aaron Eckhart to star in its next horror flick INCARNATE.

Aside from STEP UP REVOLUTION, Guzman recently wrapped a stint on ABC Family's mega-hit PRETTY LITTLE LIARS, and can next be seen in the upcoming follow-up to 'REVOLUTION,' and J.J. Alani's THERE'S ALWAYS PARADISE.
