Hollywood.com reports that BOOK OF MORMON's Josh Gad will star in the upcoming film THE INTERNSHIP. The actor joins previously announced cast members Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson in the Shawn Levy-helmed film.

The Internship follows two "fortysomething career men forced to start their professional lives over at the bottom rung (the dreaded internship) in light of all the changes their realm of business has undergone over the years." Gad will portray a socially backward engineer at the firm where the men are employed.

Gad is also set to appear in the Ashton Kutcher-led Steve Jobs biopic 'Jobs', in the role of Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, as well as the upcoming comedy 'Thanks for Sharing' and the Dreamworks Animation film 'Me and My Shadow.'

Gad appeared on Broadway in THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE and received a 2011 Tony nomination for his role in THE BOOK OF MORMON. He will soon write, star and executive produce the new White House-set NBC comedy 1600 Penn, and will make a guest appearance on the second season of the FOX comedy New Girl.
