Bill Cosby's lawyer has produced documentation to prove Cosby's innocence in one of the allegations against the comedian.

According to Hollywood lawyer Martin Singer, Cosby was actually in New York rather than LA or the Playboy Mansion at the time one of Cosby's accusers claims he sexually assaulted her.

Chloe Goins, 24, went to the LA police with her lawyer on Wednesday to obtain a criminal investigation into an alleged encounter between Goins and Cosby at a party the Playboy Mansion in 2008. Goins claims that Cosby gave her a drink at said party, and she blacked out. According to Goins, she woke up later to find herself naked with Cosby licking her toes and masturbating.

Singer released a statement in reference to the party, to which he refers as the "Midsummer Night's Party." He said, "Mr. Cosby was in New York on that date. We will be providing documentary evidence to the appropriate authorities which conclusively establishes Mr. Cosby's whereabouts on August 9th and for the preceding and succeeding days."

Cosby has denied these accusations, though he has yet to be charged with a crime.

Goins' attourney, Spencer Kuvin, released a statement saying that he desires to see this evidence, "Additionally, the press should be asking Mr. Singer to prove where Mr. Cosby was the entire summer for 2008 and if he ever attended a party at the mansion that summer," said Kuvin. "Finally, if that is true, why was Mr. Singer asking the Playboy mansion to look for security video?"

Her case stands out from the other accusations that have emerged in the last few months. Where as many of the others take place as much as 50 years ago and are therefore past the statute of limitations, this 6-year-old case is not.

Allegations against Cosby for sexual misconduct were first revealed by comedian HANNIBAL Buress, who called the 'Cosby Show' star a rapist during a routine. Since that time several other women have come forward to reveal that they too were victims of Mr. Cosby, including former model Janice Dickinson, who shared with ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT that she was drugged and raped by Cosby more than 30 years ago.

In recent weeks, scheduled appearances on CBS's Late Show and THE QUEEN LATIFAH SHOW have been canceled. In addition, NBC has cancelled Cosby's upcoming family comedy.
