On today's (February 10th) episode of THE DR. OZ SHOW, Charlie Sheen sets the record straight with Dr. Oz on whether or not he's taking his HIV meds, his controversial DOCTOR WHO claims to have cured his HIV, and his continuous chase for the cure.

Watch never before seen footage of Sheen's encounter with Dr. Chachoua in Mexico. Sheen speaks about his HIV viral load significantly dropping as the effect of him going back on his medication, as well as a possible trial treatment that will finally get him off of his pills.

On the red flags of Dr. Chachoua not providing Charlie Sheen requested samples to bring to Dr. Oz to test them after he said he would, Sheen shares: "Absolutely, and I should have saved the ones I was getting during the course of this shakedown and had them tested myself. It could have been tap water for all I know. This is just beyond unacceptable. This man is a liar and I think if he comes back here to practice medicine he should be arrested."

On whether he was blindsided by Dr. Chachoua giving an interview on his treatment, Sheen says: "I thought that was radically inappropriate. Yeah, I was blindsided... yeah. And after I thought that we had handled it very graciously out here last time. I was not in that shape, I was not dying in a dark house. I mean, you have been to my house! It's not a weird cave."
