Rossen Milanov Leads CSO in ORGAN SYMPHONY This Weekend

CSO Music Director Designee Rossen Milanov will conduct the thunderous spectacle of Saint-Saëns' towering symphony for organ and orchestra, as well as the Midwest premiere of a cello concerto by one of today's most gifted and imaginative composers, Mason Bates. The full program will include Saint-Saëns' Symphony No. 3 ("Organ") featuring organist James Hildreth, and Bates' Mothership and newly commissioned Cello Concerto featuring guest cellist Joshua Roman.

The Columbus Symphony presents Organ Symphony at the Ohio Theatre (39 E. State St.) tonight, January 30, at 8pm and Saturday, January 31, at 8pm. Tickets start at $10 and can be purchased at the CAPA Ticket Center (39 E. State St.), all Ticketmaster outlets, and www.ticketmaster.com.
