This book tells the story of CC, a young girl who is shuffled from pillar to post after her mother's untimely death. Her life turned topsy-turvy when her father's resolve drives him to remove her from the sanctity of the only home she's ever known.

About the Author
V Leigh, who is now in her 60s, is a retired registered nurse who has been married for over 35 years to her beloved spouse, Rufus. She is the mother of five, with three surviving offspring who each contribute to society: Eric, Sr., Shanta and Adonis, Sr. She is the loving GRNE V of six grandchildren: three grandsons (Eric,Jr., Kendall and Adonis,Jr.) and three granddaughters (Brie, Jasmine and Kyris). She also has one great granddaughter, Aysha Lenee' and one great grandson, Rozay Amir.
