Simon & Schuster Acquires Two Novels From UK Author, Stewart Foster

Simon & Schuster UK today announced the acquisition of two unforgettable 10+ novels from award-worthy UK author Stewart Foster. The first, Boy in a Bubble, will publish as a paperback original on 19th May 2016 and will strike a chord with readers everywhere.

Rachel Mann, Fiction Editor, pre-empted World rights from Nicola Barr, Director at Greene and Heaton.

Written in the vein of Wonder and Mark Haddon, Foster's beautifully poignant and uplifting novel has all the makings of a classic. Eleven-year-old Joe can't remember a life outside of his hospital room, with its many machines and its view of London's rooftops. Stewart Foster is the author of the critically-acclaimed Adult novel We Used to be Kings (Jonathan Cape, 2013). He was one of the Observer's New Faces of Fiction for 2014 and one of Amazon's Rising Stars the same year. He lives in Bath.
